TRENDZ in Athens Greece GLOW Tour Part 2 - LOAD Magazine

TRENDZ Shines in Athens: Highlights from the GLOW Tour (Part 2) Finale

Last Sunday, K-Pop boy band TRENDZ performed at Arch Live Stage in Athens, Greece closing off their European leg of the GLOW (Part 2) Tour and LOAD was there to experience all the music, watch the show, meet the community and of course check out the fashion.

It was a full house and as soon as TRENDZ stepped foot on the stage the room went wild! The boys gave an incredibly high energy performance with sleek choreography, unique moves and smooth vocals. One of the highlights of the night was “Crime”, their newest single, which electrified the venue as many of their fans, FRIENDZ, got to see it performed live for the first time. Their setlist included plenty of their hits like Chameleon, GLOW and more, while we also got to hear some covers like Maroon 5’s Payphone which ignited nostalgia, in addition to showcasing the group’s versatility.

The looks

A darker aesthetic than previous eras has been adopted by the group since the release of “Crime”. TRENDZ wore total black looks with silver details in the form of belts and zips. A more mature, sharp and bolder look than last on the GLOW Tour in spring, yet the street aesthetic is still very much present.

The crowd however, wore an array of styles. From vibrant colours to total black and from print to fur pieces, the fans, FRIENDZ, did not hold back in expressing themselves through their looks. Keep an eye on our Instagram in the next few days to see our favourite, most fun looks and figures of the night.

Overall…

TRENDZ offered a wonderful show that Greek and international fans swarmed to enjoy at their Tour finale concert. One thing is for sure, their global fan base is growing and we are sure their fans can’t wait for them to be back in Greece. Could Greece be turning into a new European hotspot for K-pop? Looks like it to us…

See you at the next one FRIENDZ!
